In my garden
My sacred guardian
Stands ever so tall
Helps me get up whenever I fall
A statue that will never rust
And never throw away my trust
Stand there, will you, stand there always?
Stand there steadily, never sway?
I’ll be strong enough to chase my fears
As long as you stay
As long as you’re here
So stand upon the pillars at the gate
Twin eye pairs watching over my fate
Don't let yourself be withered by the hands of time
You may be nothing but matter
But as long as you stand there
You matter
To me
Somewhere
In my garden
